Damn damn. so long nvr update liaoz. lately have been working from early mornin to night cos a college is on leave. and so i have to help with his dairy dept. which means handling stuff in freezing temp.
now tt yihang is bak from her olevel results leave, alex aka leckkhai has been transferred to working in the main store instead of the atrium, and tt means handling more customers, money,cards and vouchers etc.
haha. hes now a full fledged customer...!
the last weekend is seriously hectic.
on sat,i accompanied dept mgr ching lee on a delivery trip to amber gardens in east coast.
by taxi.
and the jams made the trip longer than required.
and hence i relieved yihang for her lunch only at 4...=/
and by then i went bak to the main store, the shelves were already so messy.
to some places i didnt even know how to arrange.
and another DM marwin also asked me to help pack stuff for the cashiers.
By 8 i have only worked thru barely 3-4 rows out of 15....
but so far, i guess things have been okay.
i have learnt many things...
last night, someone knocked over/dropped a bottle of oil.
glass bottle somemore, causing sort of an oil spill.
mr.tan (a senior manager), told me to get some flour to pour onto the oil.
causing them to coagulate into lumps.
3 pkts were used, but it made the cleaning up job so far easier!
i have also worked with people of many many nationalities.
2 filipinos DMs, 1 chinese DM(from china)..
and customers consisting mostly of expatriate from japan, india, china,western counties and their filipino maids..
considerin tt united sq is surrounded my condos and more condos.
