Root Canal!
Not as painful as online posts stated. But probably due to the nerves already dead, and problably from as long as since the filling was done in pri school.
The dentist keep exclaiming that the molar tooth is long, and even had to get the assistant to get a longer needle/sharp tool from the store to use or something. Tried to shut off all the drill by going through the script for tmr's presentation. but the thoughts kept getting interrupted by the drilling and poking. But I am kinda numb to the drilling and stuff already.
Tt cost me $396. cheaper than the $600 i expected. But still got crowning left. That should cost another $600 +?
Feeling the slight pain in my tooth and and the bigger pain in my bank account.
On a side note, mum seems to be feeling better. Perhaps because no more chemo/radiotheraphy treatment for her. But still felling tired in the day, and not sleeping well at night.
The hospice nurse came yesterday. Was expecting her in the morning, but she called to changed it to the late afternoon. So I couldn't really see her.
Bro and dad going for a palliative care workshop in mid-feb . Means I will have to stay home to look after mum. Not that I am already not staying home looking at weekends more often already. And looks like another Chinese new year spent at home with mum, if dad and bro's still going visiting. To me, I aren't really excited about CNY like others. Partly due to my mum who made dad bring us overseas in the past years before my army. And the feeling of connectedness is also lost ever since.
