Finally! at least a silver Oylumpic medal for Singapore after 48 years!

the Olympic fever is really catching on in aj!
you should see the eyes glued to the tv sets every break.
this morning, one whole crowd was at e canteen watching michael phelps win yet another swimming medal!
damn zai, he was like one full body length (2+ s) away from the 2nd swimmer (even though hes like so tall liaoz)
and we still saw some ppl running from... (lectures i presume...lol)
haha. this afternoon was a bad time for our maths stats timed practice.
my plans to do some maths revision ws after sch from about 2 pus to 4 was ruined when we decided to sit at e tables outside LT1!
right smack in front of another tv set outside e bookshop!
starting from watching news clips of the other sports evenets on HD5, we went on to watch the match of Singapore vs S.Korea in women's Team Table Tennis.
watching singapore win the 1st set and losing the 2nd =(
and then the time to go in for timed pract.
our minds were clearly not focued, cos we could still hear ppl cheering outside...zzz
and just as we finished, we went outside teachers room to join the crowd glued to the tv set, watching the fifth set.
and i saw ppl running out from the LTs just to watch...lol!
And singapore Won!!
the whole sch was like cheering! from the canteen to outside e bookshop and e teachers room
finally our 48 year wait is over.
wilson commented "this is like so much more successful than our movie fest! smaller screen but everyone still come and watch..."
Congrats!!
anyway, prelims is starting in 2 weeks time.
shortened timetable nxt week. but e teachers are comin in to fill up the free afternoons we had..=/
and so i will not be bloggin as much for now.
