blog error resolved

thanks [BIG BeN] for telling me the problem of my blog with IE.

i seriously still cant find the error that caused the entire nav column to be halfway down overlapping the entires.
it look fine on firefox - and tts was why i didnt know about it. i should have checked.

but i solved it by shifting the codes around and it sort of ..err...worked.zzz
