NAPHA 2008

Its been a HECTIC week for me.
and things is gonna get worse when more rehearsals and practices come .

Had NAPHA tests last week (thurs)!
my results are good enough for a bronze but i am aiming for a silver by the retest.
But i know i did my very best le! and so did everyone else!
for the 5 stations, the guys were chionging like siao.

Results so far:
Pull Up : 2 (damn teacher no count my third one) (2 to 3 more to d)
Sit Up: 44
Standing Board Jump : 218 cm(a few more cm to d)
Shuttle Run : 10.1 sec
Sit & Reach : 38cm (i had very great difficulty for this)

And stupid rain just couldnt stop and even rained heavier just as we were ready for the 2.4km run.
We waited outside the pe dept to see the track and field meet track events being postponed.
Waited until we cooled down completely.
and then we played hopscotch, read newspapers, played hp games...
and until 7 the rain stopped..but the lightning (and the alarm) didnt...****
and we were chased home by mstay...lol

and so we had to retake for tues morn. =(
