I have been staying back till about 7 plus to 9 plus to discuss about the upcoming harmoc camp proposal, which have been giving me (the activity com IC) and the camp OICs (angeline and yongyuan) a big headache.
not bcos the camp is a big one, but bcos the teacher is really strict about the proposal, writing alot of 9not so positive) comments...haiz
there was phy SPA, GP test, chem assessment, and maths quiz this week and i haven really have had time to really prepare for them also... (except for the SPA).
but nevertheless, theres stil the next 2 weeks and so i have to manage my time. (this seem worse than my sec sch days when i have 2 ccas lehs)
We also have only 16 practices left before the concert on 25 april. And we are really feeling the stress, playing the same few songs over and over each week (they keep on ringing n my brain somehow)
Here, i would like to also apologise to ying ying cos I didnt really have the time to teach her on "how to make the blogskins with navi buttons those kind de~~~"
Am trying to find some online tutorials that will hopefully help her create the blogskins she want (but damn hard to find also..zzz)
Work is work, But i did have fun today when i went for the Singapore Changi AirShow!
I went with Leck khai only.
Meet him at 9.30 at amk mrt, mrt-ed to pasir ris where we saw wide and long quene for the shuttle buses to the airshow.
not very organised, i could say, so me and leck kai decided to take mrt back to tampiness and take taxi from there = $6+.
we chose to alight halfway cos got jam going in, and upon recommendation from the driver.
so we walked a little 10 mins in!
even then there was a distinct and long quene..... for the secutiry check.
and then we got in, and we realise - hey! how come no checking of tickets!! wth.
it was sunny, but still relatively cloudy.
saw displays of land defence systems, tankers, helicopters, fighter jets, bomber jets, prviate planes etc.
and F16, firehawk, global hawk, gultstreams buiness jets etc...
it was hot and humid.
The real thing though is the airshow!
Stunting aerobatics displays by the singapore black knights, RAAF roulettes, Alenia Aermacchi, Us air force and the korean Aerospace industries.
and of course..the A380 also! its of course the easier plane to spot and take photo of.
the rest i really need my aiming skills cos
1) the sun is too bright
2) the planes are far and small
3) i cant really see them on my LCD camera
although got a few i got an empty sky, but i still got mostly...
decent shots with my mum/dad's Lumix 7 megapixel camera.
one guy besides me was using a DSR camera - firing away like automatic machine gun liddat -> irritating sia
We went into the exhibtion hall to get some cool air.
relatively less ppl as we progressed inside, but cos I was really hungry by then, i could not focus much on all the exhibitions. there was even a looong quene at the only cafe in the hall =/
Exhibitions from the Israel and korean de Aeropsace industries, , DSTA, Boeing, Airbus,ST Engineering (biggest floor space), Rolls Royce engines etc.
Saw some damn cool missiles! but i couldnt remember any names cos I dont yan jiu them de like errhmm.
