saw this on my way to amk mrt. wonder what happened.
one fireman even waved to the auntie (who waved back) before they moved off.
went for the Singapore Heart Foundation de Cip again this afternoon with chun hui.
First Task: call ppl who have indicated their interest in the SHF's newsletter and ask for their home address.
not too bad. got some ppl cancel the free newsletter. a few wrong nos/unanswered calls.
i accidentally called some which have not indicated the interest at first, and 1 guy actually "changed his mind"...
2nd task: continue on the media mintoring thingy - to cut out newspapers articles again.
some other volunteers have continued on what we have left behind...
but they did not do properly i think.
we found few unpasted articles with no dates...
and worse still, the same person (i think) used scotch tape...=.="
it was freezing cold inside.
lunch was mearnt for us to warm up abit only.
then its back to the sub-zero temperatures.
wanted to get something warm from the pantry, but scared we no space.
we finally settled on another room - the conference room, which is slightly warmer.
a lady invited us to write our wishes on their chingay de balloon:
think its meant for to be floated at chingay next year for marina or something bahs.
we left at 3.30pm.
This holiday seems to be full of CIP programs.
