this is my first time watching a live soccer match...
before that went bowling at marina bay with the usual people...
on my way to marina
the mrt before reaching marina mrt...kinda empty..
the guys already play about 2-3 rounds before came at about 4 plus..
there is clarence, gab, jun xiang, wee liang, chin hong, alvin, yee yew, wei xun, melvrick, tiong peng...
and they still wanna continue playing since its stil early ..and so i joined in.
4/1 vs 4/5...
win one ..then draw one!
I wasnt too good at bowling..*yet*
the bowling shoes we returned piled high
the we went to the arcade when we realized its still early
next up went to raffles link to eat before 'rushing off' to kallang stadium
tiong peng at first suggested plaza sing de carrefour to buy snacks...but someone else suggested marina square...
reason why i mentioned this cos both are where i worked during e dec hols....and the rest you know lahs...
but end up didnt really reach marina square cos its kinda far...and we settled for our dinner at raffles link..

de mrt to kallang was packed with people...
de journey there is like going for e national day parade.
so much reds.

i even overheard a man telling someone on his HPat the stadium behind us
"come and find me lahs..i am wearing red de...and standing up..." =.="
the national anthem for singapore came after malaysia
and this was the loudest i have heard so far.

match started promptly at 8pm
half time came and the score is still 0-0
then malaysia scored...
the singapore fans cheered harder
and so the team didnt disappoint us with a goal!
score now 1-1
game ended with draw..so got extra time.
extra time ended with draw..so got penalty
and our goalkeeper finally managed to catch a ball and ended the battle!

score = 6-5

i love the atmosphere and feelings..
people were cheering and jumping for joy and dancing and celebrating...
well..the whole thing ended at about 11.
we walked outof the staidum with the crowd with the aim of getting to kallang mrt in time before e last train.
but we somehow followed the wrong crowd.
ended up walking towards ajunied mrt insteach of kallang!
and we missed the last train as a bad result.
so so i and wee liang get to go home in clarence's dad nice car.
reach home at about oo45 this morning..ZZZ
